What You’ll Be Doing
As a member of the Fraud Operation Team, you will facilitate and streamline the process of reviewing, managing, and assigning referrals related to various sources, including FLCM, email, ECRM and credit bureau portals. As the business analyst, you act as a central point of coordination and management in the processing of referrals, ensuring that they are directed to the right personnel, schedules are maintained effectively, and necessary reports are generated to support managerial decisions.
