Business Analyst

Collaborate with stakeholders in requirement gathering and documentation and validate busi-ness and functional requirements. Translate high-level business needs into detailed user sto-ries, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Create Functional Document and help technical team to map with the technical design document accordingly. Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to improve project velocity and stakeholder satisfaction level. Ability to visualize workflows and identify optimization opportunities for innovation and improvement. Strong communication and negotiation skills to align diverse teams for complex projects de-liverables Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical constraints.
