You will support a digital transformation project for a major client, collaborating closely with the Process Manager and stakeholders to define and optimize business processes, capture requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Define ‘As Is’ processes, identify pain points, and design ‘To Be’ processes in collaboration with the Process Manager.
