JOB OVERVIEW 
We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our project team, which is one of the UKs leading financial and online retail corporations specializing in corporate travel solutions., with annual revenue exceeding £2.2 billion RESPONSIBILITIES 

Gather and document detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.

Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma.

Evaluate potential solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and project objectives.

Facilitate effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Create process maps and artefacts to support transition to BAU and end-user training.

Contribute to operational excellence by bridging business needs with technical solutions.
