Responsibilities

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in a Canadian bank
• Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Collaborate with relationship managers, product owners, compliance, and IT teams
• Experience working with development teams through SDLC or Agile methodologies
• Write clear, testable user stories and manage product backlogs in tools like JIRA
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field
• Canadian bank experience required
• Strong requirement elicitation and documentation skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and SDLC
