We are looking for a detail-oriented
Business Analyst / UAT (Techno-Functional)
with at least 1 year of experience to support system implementation and enhancement initiatives. The role involves bridging business requirements and technical solutions, while leading and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system readiness and business alignment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking
• Validate system workflows, integrations, and data accuracy
