Business Analytics Lead

We are looking for a Business Analytics Lead who is highly proactive and able to turn raw data into clear insights, patterns, and recommendations. This role requires someone who doesn’t wait for questions, someone who identifies trends, connects the dots, runs correlations, and translates data into actions that move the business forward. You will lead the analytics function and work closely with Product, Growth, and Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor the Business Analytics team; set clear priorities and processes.
• Proactively explore data to uncover trends, root causes, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses including correlation studies, cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and retention patterns.
