We are looking for a Business Analytics Lead to supportcommercial operational excellence within our Insights to Impact team based out of UCB Canada in Oakville, Ontario
About the role 
You will work as a dedicated Business Analytics Lead in close collaboration with Patient Impact Teams (Commercial & Medical) to enable data-driven decisions.
What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities:
Market & Insights: Develop a deep understanding of the Canadian market and therapeutic areas (Rheumatology, Dermatology, Epilepsy, Myasthenia Gravis); generate actionable insights and deliver analytics solutions to address key business questions.
Launch & Strategy: Drive and support launch readiness strategies and project follow up for new products and indications in collaboration with local teams and regional stakeholders, including the Intercontinental Analytics community.
