Business Analytics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Data analysis & insights: analyze sales, activity, CRM, market and other relevant business data to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Dashboards & reporting: create, develop, maintain and optimize dashboards, reports and analytical tools tailored to the needs of Business Units, Operational Excellence and other affiliate functions.
• Business Unit support: support Business Units and cross-functional teams by translating data and business needs into actionable insights, recommendations and practical solutions.
• CRM, tools & processes: support the proper usage, adoption and continuous improvement of CRM systems, dashboards, reporting tools and Operational Excellence processes.
