What is the Opportunity?RBC Wealth Management Canada is looking for a Business Application Specialist (BAS) to join the Training & Development department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing one-on-one and team training to RBC Phillips, Hager & North Investment Counsel (PH&N IC) branch teams. In helping them perform at their best, you will be essential in delivering application-based training, sharing best practices and consistently supporting them with the tools and resources needed to increase efficiency and identify opportunities.Alongside a diverse, nation-wide team, you will have the opportunity to build trust and rapport with branch teams across RBC Wealth Management Canada via training sessions, to help position Training & Development as a reliable partner to the field.What will you do?
