The Role

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment: Translate strategic objectives into actionable business capabilities and architecture blueprints.

Capability Mapping: Develop and maintain strategic business capability maps, value streams, and stakeholder maps.

Governance & Review Forums: Lead or contribute to forums like the Business Architecture Review Forum to ensure alignment with platform principles and strategy.

BDLC Integration: Embed business architecture within the Business Development Lifecycle (BDLC), influencing solution design and capability reuse.

Requirements Definition: Define high-level business requirements, target-state models, and implementation plans.

Risk & Change Management: Participate in ongoing risk assessments, change control, and post-implementation reviews.
