Job Summary
:Executing sales activities, well-managed store merchandising and customers’ relationship for becoming supplier of choice, directing efforts to achieve sales targets of the territory.

Manage assigned territory sales, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of sales calls, driving in-store share growth and achieving sales targets.
Execute field sales activities under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), demonstrating positive influence on both customers and internal teams.
Maintain strong sales momentum and ensure effective implementation of the Sales Incentive Program (SIP) to achieve territory sales goals (AOP above 85%).
Collect and analyze market and competitor intelligence to support KAMs with channel insights for strategic and defensive program design.
