The position is primarily responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling of deposits and other bank products to bank retail clients to attain revenue and profit targets. set by the company and in adherence to the rules and regulations of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

Duties and Responsibilities

A. Planning and Direction-Setting

1. Develops and implements programs, business plans, and marketing strategies to attain revenue and profit targets.
2. Formulates the annual operating programs in line with overall corporate goals and objectives.
3. Develops long-term and short-term profitability/sales strategies and forecasts.

B. Bank Revenue Performance Monitoring

1. Oversees sales revenue and profitability of the assigned bank branch.
2. Endorse current account, savings, special savings and time deposit applications.
