Job Description

I'm looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant with corporate communication experience to support my business brokerage operations. This role pays $5-$8/hour.


About the Role:

This company is a business brokerage firm that helps entrepreneurs sell their businesses and connects them with qualified buyers, and they are looking to bring on a Business Brokerage Executive Assistant to help with CRM management, document organization, and buyer/seller coordination.

You will be responsible for setting up new seller accounts in the CRM, building structured Google Drive data rooms, managing NDA workflows, coordinating SBA pre-qualification requests, and keeping the inbox and calendar organized. You will work directly with the founder and must be comfortable handling financial documents, sensitive information, and professional email communication with sophisticated clients. Working hours will be 10am–2pm Central Time with an average of 4 hours per day.
