Business Center Representative

Job Summary

The Business Center Representative serves as the frontline personnel responsible for assisting walk-in customers with inquiries, applications, billing concerns, payments, service modifications, and after-sales support. This role ensures excellent customer experience by providing accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and promoting Converge products and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Assistance

• Accommodate walk-in clients and address inquiries regarding FiberX and other Converge services.
• Explain plans, pricing, installation process, and service policies clearly.
• Handle billing concerns, payment verification, rebates, and account updates.
• Assist customers with service upgrades, downgrades, relocation, and disconnection requests.
• Ensure proper documentation of all customer interactions.
