The role requires strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills, along with beneficial experience in BPMN or Enterprise Architecture tools.You will work closely with the digital team to publish approved procedures, collaborate with stakeholders across the project, and support process development through workshops and process‑modelling methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
