Business Channel (Operations & Customer Service) Executive (Start ASAP)

Engage with walk-in customers for transaction processing, cross-selling, and delivering superior customer service at Hong Leong Bank.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers, contributing to CSAT scores and Mystery Shopping Results.
• Achieve targets for CASA and FD Book growth, account opening, and cross-selling of PL, Credit Cards, Portfolio Sales, ASBF Funding, and other products.
• Use I-Pads or other devices for customer service and cross-selling as applicable.
• Assist in calling customers for service and sales interactions.
• Conduct Branch RCSA through sample checking and rectify issues effectively.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, remittances, ANSB, and other bank products accurately and timely.
• Over-ride transactions within bank-defined limits.
• Manage branch cash holding and end-of-day cash balancing (for Chief Cashier role).
