Skills/Qualification Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Leadership role in manufacturing
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Shop environment: interfacing with shop floor and management employees

• Able to work independently, multi-tasking to manage a variety of projects
