Business Consultant for Securities Management

We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant with deep domain expertise in the Securities sector to support architecture and applications assessment for a local Securities company (operations in both Hong Kong and Singapore).
About the Role
The project involves a comprehensive review of current applications and system / data architectures, prioritized transformation roadmap (including quick wins), and a feasibility study for a Regional Development Center (RDC). The consultant will act as a key domain advisor, bridging business requirements (brokerage, trading platform, compliance in HK/SG) with technology architecture and operating model decisions.
Responsibilities
Design To-Be Data Architecture supporting digitalization, AI use cases, golden source customer data, and balanced regional vs. local allocation.
