Business Process Improvement (BPI) Consultant – Finance Transformation


Job Summary


The Business Process Improvement (BPI) Consultant supports finance transformation initiatives by improving end-to-end processes, enabling shared services, and supporting ERP (SAP) implementations. The role focuses on Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Hire-to-Retire (H2R), costing model design, and automation-led efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities


Business Process Improvement (BPI)

  • Perform end-to-end BPI across finance processes including P2P, O2C, R2R, and H2R

  • Conduct current-state (AS-IS) process assessments and design future-state (TO-BE) processes

  • Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities

  • Develop SOPs, process maps, and control frameworks
