Assess the adequacy of the analysis of alternative strategies and resource dependencies as a pre-requisite to the development of continuity plans and the allocation of resources for the purposes of

BCM.

Support the delivery of Operational Resilience framework to the business.

Provide guidance and support in the creation of standardized BCM plans, testing, and incident management processes.

Manage standardized and consistent strategic and tactical activities of the business/regional office BCM Advisors (s) including:

- Business Impact Analysis (analysis of the time-dependent consequences of an outage of essential business processes)

- BCP Plan Development, Documentation and Implementation
