As the 2nd Line of Defense within BME, BCM is responsible company-wide for the design, maintenance and control the Business Continuity guidelines and requirements. We are also responsible to assure the planning, implementation, controlling and governance of precautionary measures to secure the continuity of critical business processes at admission of BCM failure scenarios.
