Business Continuity Planning

The Business Continuity Planning & Disaster Recovery Management Director is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide business continuity and disaster recovery programs. This role involves conducting business impact analyses, developing recovery strategies, coordinating testing, ensuring compliance, and providing training to ensure the organization can effectively respond to and recover from disruptive events. The Manager will also act as a key member of the crisis management team and continuously improve the BCP/DR framework.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the enterprise-wide BCP and DR programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify critical business processes, assess potential financial and operational impacts, and determine recovery time objectives (RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs).
