Key responsibilities 
Finance Business Partner for CMRQ/GMO office BP
Headcount planning and tracking
Personnel related cost planning and monitoring
Cost PBI report upgrading/CR/trouble shooting support
Master data management
Audit coordination
Qualifications：
Master degree with relevant major from top Chinese University/Oversea University
3 years of working experience in financial management 
Big-4 or MNC experience required
High organization skills, proactive personality and adaptable to change;
Well-developed data/process management and analytical skills with independent thinking combined with a good business partner mind-set;
Good business sense and keen at translating business understanding into numbers;
Strong cross-functional collaboration and impact;
Fluent both in written and spoken English;
