About the role

As a Business Controller you play a key role in shaping business decisions through data‑driven insights. Working closely with the Head of Digital & CRM and the management team, you act as a trusted advisor, challenging assumptions, highlighting opportunities, ensuring decisions are grounded in data and actions are aligned with our goals.

• Analyze digital performance and customer behaviour to identify what drives results.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision‑making.
• Define and implement relevant KPIs to measure performance and business impact.
• Contribute to financial planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with data and analytics teams to improve how we use and understand data.
