Job Description

Your Responsibilities
As a Business Controller, you'll play a pivotal role:
Act as a strategic financial partner
Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting for international business, analyzing P&L, net working capital, Capex, and other financial aspects.
Challenge and bridge gaps between actuals and budgets, driving actionable plans.
Collaborate with business unit controllers to gain deep insights into the business landscape.

Requirements
Do you have what it takes?
Language: Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
Experience: Proven experience as a controller, financial analyst, or auditor, with head office experience as a plus.
Education: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of VBA are highly desirable.
