Your responsibilities as Business Controlling Director
Strategic ownership in a complex environment going through transformation , P&L accountability, strong influence on business direction
Maintain a strategic, big-picture perspective while ensuring attention to critical details when needed
Report to Financial planning & controlling Tribe Lead
Strategic and execution-oriented leader
Strong communication, writing and presentation skills; this person will interface with executives and tribe leads across the organization
Able to create narrative surroundings financials results
Lead the automation and transformation agenda, streamlining processes and elevating the function toward higher-value, insight-driven analysis
Stakeholder management towards the business in matrix structure (both from a vertical and horizontal perspective), other team managers within the tribe and any other Finance & Strategy colleagues...
