Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Define usable KPIs or metrics for business process
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, row-level security, etc.)
Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches and deliver actionable insights
Present findings and dashboard walkthroughs to both technical and non-technical audiences (including senior leadership)
Collaborate with data engineers on data pipeline improvements when needed
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
