Business Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Business Data Analyst provides direct analytical and pricing support to the Director of Business Development. The role is responsible for monitoring market pricing, maintaining pricing databases, supporting customer strategies with data insights, and assisting in the development of customer profiles, ASP reporting, and business development analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing & Market Intelligence

• Monitor market pricing trends and competitor positioning.
• Analyze product pricing across Sales Drivers, Fast Movers, and Lagging items.
• Develop pricing recommendations for general and special accounts.

Business Development Support

• Build and maintain customer profiles and support customer segmentation efforts.
• Provide data and visual insights for customer presentations and internal reports.
• Support quarterly analysis of customer purchasing trends and growth opportunities.
