Business & Data Analyst - Requirements & Process Design

Overview:

The Business & Data Analyst bridges business stakeholders and the tech team. This role gathers requirements, designs store processes, defines KPIs, and ensures data-driven decision-making within StoreOps systems.

Responsibilities:

Business Requirements & Process Design

• Engage store operations, supply chain, finance, and merchandising teams.
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define workflows for inventory, replenishment, billing, returns, promotions.

• Define data requirements and reporting structures.
