Business Data Analyst

We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to join the Office of the CEO, working directly with the CEO to enable data-driven strategic and operational decisions.

This role will combine business intelligence with cutting-edge AI/ML to surface insights across EMURGO’s business units. The analyst will consolidate data across financial, operational, marketing, and social channels — while also experimenting with machine learning forecasting models and LLM-powered analytics assistants that provide automated executive insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports across Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Integrate data pipelines via Fivetran, Airbyte, Stitch, or dbt into a central warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
• Apply machine learning models for forecasting, churn prediction, customer segmentation, and anomaly detection.
