Job Summary

* Prospecting: Offer quotations to customer (Engage with customer via phone calls / emails / face to face and walk in customers).

* To retrieve important details from customer to generate quotations & to complete the renewal process.

* Closing sales: Get customer to make payment for our quotations.

* To attend to customer further queries after sales closed.

* Attend to all the sales leads provided by company / new leads.

* To assist customer to solve arising insurance problems and continuous follow up with customer until issue is resolved.

* Attending email from helpdesk accordingly.

* Liaise with internal departments in order to ensure the renewal processing is smoothly done

* To achieve monthly sales quota set by management.

* Responsible to keep copies of important document for safe keeping/future reference (hardcopy / softcopy : e.g payment slips)
