• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with token listing, liquidity, and DeFi business mechanics.
• Data-driven approach to prioritizing opportunities.

• Existing network across exchanges, aggregators, or developer communities.
• Multi-lingual or regional market expertise.

Position Flow:

• Identify, approach, and close strategic partnerships and integrations.
• Build and manage a pipeline (partnership CRM) and partner onboarding processes.
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and legal to launch collaborations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and co-marketing activities.
• Represent Mono at events and manage partner relationships long-term.
