Key Responsibilities
Identify, analyze, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and Fiverr on a daily basis
Write customized, value-driven proposals aligned with client needs
Communicate professionally with prospects and manage client conversations
Follow up consistently to nurture leads and close deals
Suggest and test new platforms, channels, and business development strategies
Contribute ideas to improve proposal quality, conversion rates, and outreach systems
