Job Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Developer with strong hands-on experience in Upwork and freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate must be capable of writing winning Upwork bids, understanding technical requirements, and handling client meetings independently, especially for Blockchain, Metaverse, Gaming, Backend, and Full-Stack development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Actively generate leads through Upwork and other freelancing platforms
Write custom, high-quality Upwork proposals/bids tailored to client requirements
Understand and bid on technical projects, including:
Blockchain & Web3 solutions
Metaverse projects
Game development (Unity, Unreal, Web3 games)
Backend development
Full-stack development
Attend and lead client meetings, discovery calls, and demos
Communicate client requirements clearly with technical and development teams
