Job Description
We are a growing software development and SaaS solutions company looking for an experienced Business Developer / Sales Closer who can help convert incoming leads into paying clients.
Role Responsibilities
Generate leads and handle
Conduct discovery calls and client requirement discussions
Close deals for mobile apps, web development, and SaaS solutions
Maintain follow-ups and CRM updates
Compensation
Commission-based model (10%–20% per closed deal)
High earning potential with recurring project pipeline
Opportunity to move into long-term revenue-share or partnership role based on performance
Requirements
Proven experience in sales closing (software / IT services preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups
