Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring projects through Upwork, Fiver and other freelance platforms by writing targeted proposals, communicating with international clients, and converting leads into long-term projects. This role requires a basic understanding of Flutter services, client needs, and proposal strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the company's Upwork/Fiver profile.
Identify and bid on Flutter-related projects (mobile apps, MVPs, cross-platform apps) on a daily basis.
Write high-quality, customized proposals aligned with Flutter client requirements.
Understand client requirements such as features, timelines, tech stack, and budget.
Communicate professionally with international clients via Upwork/Fiver chat and email.
