The Business Developer (BD) works to improve BrightView’s market position and achieve profitable financial growth. This role helps to achieve long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates, and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The Business Developer manages the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing and is responsible for full cycle landscape and, depending on region, snow sales. The BD collaborates with partners including operations, finance, marketing, and more to manage responses to bids in an effort to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Work with prospective customers to discover their points of pain and develop solutions.
- Accurately forecast sales deliverables and KPIs.
- Achieve sales goals and be able to work independently.
