Business Development Analyst

Hiring: Business Development Analyst
We're looking for a driven and analytical Business Development Analyst (0–2 years' experience) to support revenue growth through market research, client engagement, and lead generation initiatives.
What You'll Do:
• Conduct market & client research to identify growth opportunities
• Support client engagement and solution-based selling
• Execute lead generation (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach)
• Analyze pipeline & conversion metrics to improve performance
• Assist in proposals, pricing, and pitch preparation
• Maintain CRM and track deal progress
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field
• Experience in Business Development / Growth / Sales / Market Research (0–2 years)
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach & digital lead gen
• Comfortable in fast-paced, target-driven environments
