Business Development and Capture Executive - DHS

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career, and customer-oriented **Business Development and Capture Executive** to join our DHS division in **Herndon, VA** . This is a hybrid role with onsite presence required as needed, which may vary from week to week.

As a key leader in ManTech’s DHS expansion, this role requires deep DHS experience and strong relationships, particularly within DHS Headquarters and CISA. This individual will help drive adoption of core solutions—cybersecurity, application development, systems engineering, mission/enterprise IT, and advanced analytics. Reporting to the VP of Federal Civilian Growth, they will partner with DHS leadership to execute strategic account plans and advance FedCiv growth objectives.
