Business Development and Estimating Coordinator

Position Overview

The Estimating Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the preconstruction and estimating

department for a window treatment subcontractor. This position ensures that bid opportunities are

accurately tracked, prequalification requirements are completed in a timely manner, and project leads are

researched and documented.

Key Responsibilities

● Bid Invitations:

Screen, review, and record all incoming bid invitations, ensuring accuracy of project details and deadlines.

Disqualify non-attractive opportunities.

● Prequalification Forms:

Complete and submit prequalification questionnaires and vendor registration forms for general contractors, developers, and clients.

● Lead Research:

○ Monitor and research the Select GCR platform for federal and government project opportunities.

○ Monitor and research the Build Central platform for multifamily construction leads.
