Business Development and Improvement Manager

Hydro Aluminium Metal is a leading supplier of extrusion ingots, sheet ingots, foundry alloys, wire rods, and high-purity aluminium, with a global production network of around 6,000 employees. With primary metal production facilities in Europe, Canada, Australia, Brazil, and Qatar, and recycling facilities throughout Europe and the U.S., two-thirds of our primary aluminium production is based on renewable energy.

The Strategic Sourcing unit is overall responsible for sourcing and commercial activities within raw materials and procurement to Hydro Aluminium Metal’s fully owned smelters and recyclers, as well as joint venture smelters where service agreements are established. Key responsibilities include procurement and supplier management, cost and risk management, sustainability and compliance management, and business and portfolio development.
