Win and deliver industrial construction projects (data centers, ).

Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
  Identify new clients, lead proposals, negotiate contracts, and build strategic partnerships in the industrial sector.
• Project Delivery:
  Full lifecycle project management for secured projects. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while managing safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Profile:

• Civil Engineering degree.
• 10+ years experience
  with a dual track record:
  winning
  and
  managing
  industrial projects.
• Strong technical (civil) and commercial (P&L, contracts) skills.
• Excellent communicator and client-focused.
