Salary: Starts at £4 + Uncapped Commission

Working Hours: 07:30 – 16:30 UK TIME (Monday – Friday)

Location: Remote

About the Role: We are a leading UK Construction & Maintenance group seeking a high-level Operations Manager. This role is for a proactive professional who understands the UK Property market and can manage a business without being micromanaged. You aren't just an assistant; you are the engine room of our growth. You will handle revenue generation, lead follow-ups via GoHighLevel (GHL), and daily coordination with tradesmen and estate agents. We value ownership, we want a partner who provides solutions, not just problems.

Requirements:

• Experience: Direct background in UK Lettings or Property Management is essential.
• Tech: Knowledge on GHL Workflows, LinkedIn Outreach, and Project Management tools.
• Communication: Must have a good American or English accent.
