Overview

This position plays a key role in growing our business in Malaysia by exploring new opportunities, conducting land studies and feasibility assessments, supporting land acquisition, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The role focuses on driving revenue, expanding our market presence, and ensuring long-term business success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of master layout plans (KM) for residential and mixed-use development projects.
• Conduct research on planning regulations, local authority requirements, and current market trends to inform layout proposals.
• Support land utilization analysis based on zoning, site accessibility, topography, and market demand, and assist in assessing new land acquisition opportunities from both planning and commercial viability perspectives.
