Business Development Associate

AHF is hiring a high-performing Business Development Associate to support our global growth efforts.

In this role, you’ll help companies across multiple sectors simplify and manage their certification needs—from identifying the right standards to coordinating timelines, scope, and next steps. You’ll be a key part of how we build trust, expand relationships, and turn early interest into long-term partnerships.

What you’ll do

• Convert inbound interest into active opportunities by following up with companies that have reached out, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right certification pathway
• Drive outbound growth through thoughtful cold outreach, pipeline building, and clear presentation of AHF’s value and solutions
• Represent AHF at conferences and industry events—building relationships with decision-makers, identifying opportunities, and moving conversations forward after the event
