Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team. You will work with the business development team in identifying growth opportunities, drafting proposals, and supporting the overall business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify funding, partnership, and business opportunities
• Writing proposals, concept notes, and partnership decks
• Conduct competitor and market research
• Handle outreach and follow-up communication
• Prepare presentations and pitch materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and AI tools
