Business Development Associate

One of our clients, a fast-growing global investment platform, is looking for a commercially sharp BD Associate to own relationships with
UK & European VCs
. This is a frontline growth role sitting at the intersection of
fund relationships, revenue, and startup deal flow
.

What you'll do

• Build and manage relationships with GPs and platform leads at Tier-1 and Tier-2 VC funds
• Own revenue targets tied to fund-led products
• Source and scale startup deal flow via VC referral partnerships
• Run the full funds lifecycle: outreach → pitch → close → onboard
• Keep a tight CRM and provide clear, weekly pipeline forecasts
• Work with Marketing, Finance, and Sales on content, events, and deal execution

Who you are

• Commercial, relationship-driven, and comfortable owning a number
• Strong understanding of VC, private markets, and fund structures
