About the founders
In this role, you'll work directly with the founders. Stephen Turban is a McKinsey & Company alum, a Harvard College graduate, and a PhD student at Harvard Business School (currently on leave). Dhruva Bhat is a graduate of Harvard University, a Rhodes Scholar, and a current PhD student at Oxford University. Dhruva previously has worked at Bridgewater Associates and Dalberg Advisors.
About the position
As a Business Development Associate, you'll work closely with the business development team and the founders (ex-Harvard, ex-McKinsey) for internal support. You'll work closely with the team to manage the logistical and operational aspects of external partners and work on creating systems and processes to consolidate partner data.
