Renova is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join its Philippines office, supporting the development of renewable energy projects in the country. This role is ideal for early‑career professionals (3–5 years of experience) who are passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to impactful, long‑term energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new business opportunities in the Philippines.
• Conduct market research, policy analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Build relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, landowners, and potential partners.
• Support project structuring, permitting, and financial modeling.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and internal reports.
• Coordinate with technical, legal, and financial advisors.
• Participate in site visits, negotiations, and project documentation.
